PWR North America (β€œPWR NA”) warrants its aftermarket radiators to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original retail purchase date by the original purchaser. Proof of purchase, in the form of a dated sales receipt or invoice, is required for all warranty claims.

This warranty does not cover damage to the engine, engine components, or vehicle resulting from overheating, including any internal engine damage. Vehicles should be equipped with an appropriate warning system to alert the operator of overheating conditions.

This warranty also excludes damage caused by excessive operating temperature or pressure, internal corrosion due to improper coolant or antifreeze mixtures, or damage resulting from accidents or collisions, including crushing or physical impact.

Labor costs, components not manufactured by PWR, and shipping-related damage are not covered under this warranty. The warranty is void if the radiator has been repaired or modified by anyone other than PWR; if accessories such as fans or condensers are mounted using zip ties or similar fasteners that pass through the radiator core; or if the radiator has been used in any racing or competition application.

PWR NA disclaims all liability for damage to the product or personal injury resulting from improper handling, including but not limited to the improper removal of radiator pressure caps or failure of hoses or fittings.

The sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the radiator, at PWR’s discretion, within one (1) year of the original retail purchase date. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to removal, installation, or related labor costs.

Any products damaged during shipping must be reported immediately to the shipping carrier, and a damage claim must be filed directly with the carrier or its agent. PWR NA does not accept returns or warranty claims for damage incurred during shipping.
