PWR’s downflow performance radiator for the 1964–1967 Chevrolet Chevelle is engineered to deliver improved cooling capacity and reliability for classic small block and big block powered applications. Manufactured entirely in-house at our USA facility, this radiator features a high-grade aluminum PWR-built downflow core designed to provide superior structural strength and enhanced heat transfer compared to conventional radiator designs.

Maximized core face area ensures optimal use of available space within the Chevelle engine bay, delivering increased cooling efficiency while maintaining proper coolant distribution through the traditional downflow configuration. The engineered cooling tube design and innovative louvered fin angles—developed using technology inspired by motorsports—are optimized for high-performance street driving and aggressive use, helping maintain stable coolant temperatures under demanding conditions.

This radiator is available in several configurations to suit a wide range of build requirements. Customers can choose a radiator-only version, a model with an integrated transmission oil cooler, a complete radiator module equipped with high-performance brushed electric fans, or a brushed fan module combined with an integrated transmission oil cooler. These options allow builders to tailor the cooling system to match vehicle usage, power levels, and packaging needs.
