PWR’s LS double pass radiator for the 1968–1972 Chevrolet Chevelle is engineered to support the increased thermal demands of modern LS engine swap applications. Manufactured entirely in-house at our USA facility, this radiator features a high-grade aluminum PWR-built core designed to provide superior structural strength and enhanced heat transfer compared to conventional radiator designs. The double pass configuration improves coolant flow efficiency and increases dwell time within the core, resulting in improved heat rejection and more stable operating temperatures.

Maximized core face area ensures optimal use of the available space within the Chevelle engine bay, delivering increased cooling capacity without compromising fitment. The engineered cooling tube design and innovative louvered fin angles—developed using technology inspired by motorsports—are optimized for high-performance street applications, allowing efficient airflow and improved thermal performance during aggressive driving conditions.

This radiator is available in multiple performance configurations to suit a wide range of vehicle builds and cooling requirements. Options include versions equipped with integrated transmission oil coolers (TOC), engine oil coolers (EOC), and complete radiator modules featuring either high-performance brushed or advanced brushless electric fan packages. Additional configurations combine fan packages with integrated oil cooling solutions, allowing customers to select the ideal setup for street-driven restomods, high-horsepower builds, or track-focused vehicles.
