PWR’s heat exchanger for the 2009–2015 Cadillac CTS-V is engineered to improve intake air temperature control for the supercharged LSA-powered platform, making it an ideal upgrade for owners increasing boost levels or operating in hot climates. Manufactured entirely in-house at our USA facility, this heat exchanger features a purpose-built 42mm PWR core designed to deliver superior heat rejection and maintain lower intake air temperatures for improved performance and reliability.

The advanced rolled dimple tube construction paired with PWR’s Hemmed & Louvered R-fin technology maximizes heat transfer efficiency while maintaining strong airflow characteristics through the core. This race- and street-proven design helps reduce heat soak and allows the supercharger system to maintain consistent power output during aggressive driving or repeated wide-open throttle operation.

Designed for seamless OE-style installation, the heat exchanger fits directly in the factory location without requiring modifications. It tucks neatly under the core support between the radiator and the upper plastic core support cover while utilizing factory hoses, clamps, and mounting hardware. The included Brown & Miller bleed hose and fitting also make cooling system servicing significantly easier by allowing the system to be bled without removing the vehicle’s front end.
