PWR High-Performance Charge Air Cooler Assembly

PWR charge air coolers are engineered and manufactured to meet the demands of the world’s most elite motorsports categories. Each intercooler assembly—including the core—is handcrafted from high-grade aluminum at PWR’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, utilizing advanced tube and fin technology to deliver exceptional cooling efficiency, durability, and performance.

The core features internally turbulated tube and fin construction paired with a revolutionary louvered fin angle, maximizing heat rejection while maintaining low pressure drop. This design ensures consistent charge air temperatures under sustained load, making it equally effective for high-horsepower street applications and extreme racing environments.

CNC-machined billet end tanks provide precise fitment and seamless integration with OEM flanged piping, allowing for a true bolt-on installation with zero cutting and zero modifications required. Proven to support up to 1200 horsepower, this intercooler delivers performance levels that exceed conventional bolt-on solutions while maintaining OEM-level fit and finish.

Every PWR intercooler is CAD-designed to ISO9001 standards, TIG-welded by experienced fabricators, and manufactured using a controlled atmosphere brazing process to ensure repeatability and long-term reliability. Each unit is pressure tested and validated through dyno testing, wind tunnel development, and CFD flow simulation to ensure race-proven results you can trust.
