PWR’s heat exchanger for the 2015–2019 Chevrolet Corvette C7 Z06/ZR1 is engineered to improve intake air temperature control for the supercharged LT4 platform in both high-performance street driving and extreme track environments. Manufactured entirely in-house at our USA facility, this heat exchanger utilizes PWR’s advanced core technology to significantly improve heat rejection compared to the factory unit, helping maintain lower intake air temperatures and more consistent power delivery.

Two performance configurations are available to suit different driving demands. The Street Spec version features a purpose-built 42mm PWR core designed to provide improved cooling performance for spirited street driving, hot climates, and lightly modified vehicles while maintaining excellent airflow through the front cooling stack. For customers demanding maximum cooling capacity, the Track Spec version utilizes a larger core (some trimming required) designed to withstand sustained high-load conditions such as road course driving and repeated wide-open throttle operation.

Both configurations utilize PWR’s race-proven rolled dimple tube construction paired with Hemmed & Louvered R-fin technology to maximize heat transfer efficiency and airflow through the core. This advanced design has been proven in motorsports programs around the world and helps reduce heat soak while maintaining consistent intake air temperatures during aggressive driving.

Designed for OE-style fitment, the PWR C7 Z06/ZR1 heat exchanger installs directly into the factory location using original mounting points, factory hoses, clamps, and the OE fan assembly.
